What you will do

• Support managers and employees through regular meetings and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies.
• Drive the performance-management cycle focusing on growth and feedback.
• Conduct stay interviews and engagement check-ins to mitigate retention risks.
• Lead regional projects and co-lead global initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify workplace issues and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least four years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of local Portuguese employment laws.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
