TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Data): Grow the enterprise footprint and scale the base of loyal customers by taking full ownership of the sales process, from pipeline building to closing complex deals. Focus on deeply understanding client needs and aligning hirify.global's solutions to their business objectives while meeting revenue objectives.

Location: Hybrid Schedule, 3-days a week onsite in our San Francisco office (Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $270,000 - $300,000 annually + generous equity

What you will do

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive prospecting and lead engagement.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan against a named account list.
  • Understand client needs deeply, align hirify.global's solutions to their business objectives, and shape decision criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Stay updated with product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
  • Engage with the Account Management team to deliver value and expand the book of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (2000+ employees), consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Proven success in building self-generated, outbound pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, with a preference for devtooling and data expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with C + VP-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally within a sales-driven organization.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas in a competitive market.
