TL;DR

Account Executive (Growth): Driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying new customer opportunities and mapping hirify.global’s solutions to their business objectives with an accent on consultative sales. Focus on building trust with executives and technical teams while navigating complex customer environments and aligning solutions across multiple stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid Schedule, 3-days a week onsite in our San Francisco office (Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new customer opportunities to drive top-of-funnel growth.
  • Deeply understand client needs, map hirify.global’s solutions to their business objectives.
  • Partner closely with sales engineering, enterprise engineering, leadership, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay ahead of product updates, industry trends, competitive moves, and market shifts to refine sales strategies and maximize impact.
  • Manage your book of business and deliver predictable, repeatable revenue growth by balancing transactional wins with longer-term strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full cycle software sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in generating self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Skilled at navigating complex customer environments and aligning solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust with executives and technical teams alike.
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer/data tooling such as feature flagging, experimentation, and product analytics.
