Location: San Francisco

Compensation: $180K - $240K

What you will do

  • Create and run best-in-class Enablement programs for the Revenue team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across hirify.global's Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of strategic Revenue events.
  • Monitor progress towards improving Revenue KPIs.
  • Support the evolution of the GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement and knowledge of enablement best practices.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives.
  • Superior project and program management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating rapidly developing AI technology landscape.
  • Involvement in sales enablement groups or communities.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment.
