Compensation: $180K - $240K

What you will do
- Create and run best-in-class Enablement programs for the Revenue team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across 's Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of strategic Revenue events.
- Monitor progress towards improving Revenue KPIs.
- Support the evolution of the GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement and knowledge of enablement best practices.
- Experience in executing change management initiatives.
- Superior project and program management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating rapidly developing AI technology landscape.
- Involvement in sales enablement groups or communities.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment.
