What you will do

• Create and deliver weekly operations reports and revenue forecasts.
• Track, analyze, and report on post-sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership to inform decisions.
• Support ad hoc post-sales analytics and develop new reporting tools.
• Assist Post-Sales Management with planning and quota deployment.
• Manage projects to drive increased operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Sharp analytical skills and an insight-ready mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in program management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
