What you will do

• Own the delivery strategy and execution roadmap for a portfolio of critical enterprise accounts.
• Define and track success metrics, statements of work, and business outcomes to ensure rapid adoption.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Product, Services, Support, and Sales to drive customer journeys.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with C-level and senior technical stakeholders.
• Identify expansion signals, protect renewals, and proactively resolve complex escalations.
• Translate enterprise customer insights into actionable feedback for Product Management and Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or strategic engagement management.
• Proven track record handling multi-stakeholder, 7-figure enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of ARR, SaaS renewal dynamics, and expansion strategies.
• Exceptional structured thinking and ability to influence senior executives without authority.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in data platforms, NoSQL databases, or cloud infrastructure.
• Foundational background in technical program delivery or IT consulting.
