What you will do
- Work directly with the Head of Enterprise Sales to create and execute strategies for developing new revenue.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives, managing daily operations and fostering a high-achievement culture.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to plan territory mapping and pipeline development programs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to onboard new customers.
- Define a customer-first mentality through effective communication and collaboration.
- Help build the foundations of Sales at Notion as an early member of the sales organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle.
- Recognized leadership skills with a focus on empowerment and collaboration.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
