Strategic Sales Development Representative (Europe): Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within strategic prospect accounts of hirify.global’s European territory with an accent on cultivating value driven conversations across complex cross functional teams. Focus on building and managing comprehensive stakeholder maps and achieving weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to identify new opportunities for growth within targeted accounts.
  • Build and manage comprehensive stakeholder maps by function and influence.
  • Produce, deliver, and iterate prospecting strategies with email, social media, cold calling, and qualification conversations.
  • Create, schedule, and manage attendance of qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Support hirify.global’s marketing campaigns, including occasional travel to in-person events.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Experience at excelling in the SDR/BDR role with a consistent track record of producing qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • 4+ years of work experience.
  • Experience interacting with Enterprise and/or Mid Market level clients.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working and mastering a premium sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more.
  • Interest/experience with fully remote working.
