Focus on detection & monitoring, routing & optimization, and customer discovery.

What you will do

• Define and own north-star metrics such as success rate, latency, Time-to-Activate, customer retention, and cost efficiency.
• Build comparative metrics vs. competitors and ensure hirify.global consistently delivers superior outcomes.
• Develop heuristics and telemetry to detect CAPTCHAs, retries, and silent failures under HTTPS.
• Partner with engineering leads to optimize rotation, stickiness, failover, and routing, driving towards predictive/self-healing systems.
• Improve APIs, SDKs, docs, quick-starts, and Postman collections to reduce friction.
• Run ICP interviews, translate insights into product priorities, and validate value delivered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Previous engineering background is a must (ex-developer, integration engineer, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience in a product management role with real ownership of outcomes (B2B SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, TLS, routing basics) or ability to quickly ramp up.
• Experience with developer-first products (APIs, SDKs, integrations, lifecycle governance).
• Analytical fluency: strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, percentiles).

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time or latency-sensitive systems (networking, telecom, scraping infra, distributed systems).
• Proxy / scraping / anti-bot domain knowledge.
• Workflow automation (n8n, Gumloop, Pipedream).
• Experience with predictive routing, retries, distributed schedulers.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
