What you will do

• Build MarTech infrastructure to enrich first-party data and connect with ideal clients.
• Implement and own attribution infrastructure in partnership with Analytics and Product teams to ensure proper impact measurement.
• Optimize Google Optimization and Meta EMQ scores by feeding full conversion funnels into media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a library of repeatable AI workflows for audience segmentation, creative brief generation, and channel optimization.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage AI tools and vendor relationships relevant to performance marketing.
• Establish measurement and signal architecture for new channels and maintain a unified performance dashboard with automated alerts.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, or growth hirify.globalering.
• Hands-on experience implementing complex marketing systems, CAPI, or similar signal infrastructure.
• Functional proficiency in APIs, no-code automation tools, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of how LLMs, automation, and data pipelines integrate within a marketing context.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong technical depth in signal and attribution as an Individual Contributor (IC).
