Salary: $95,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses that provide actionable insights into workforce trends.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and IT.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for executives and leadership.
• Build and maintain workforce analytics datasets using SQL and Python.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and structure of People data across systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection methodologies and governance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or workforce planning roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong command of HR data systems and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive data with discretion.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations in manufacturing or defense.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy data needs.
