Salary: $85,000-$130,000. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills

What you will do

• Keep the San Francisco office running smoothly, managing supplies, equipment, and meeting spaces.
• Partner with vendors to maintain a polished and welcoming office environment.
• Plan and execute team-building events, from team lunches to large-scale offsites.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
