Coordinator, Talent Development

TL;DR

Coordinator, Talent Development (HR/L&D): Managing daily operations and event logistics for the corporate Talent Lab with an accent on experience coordination, participant communication, and administrative support. Focus on ensuring seamless delivery of learning programs, maintaining space readiness, and optimizing new hire orientation processes.

Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and space readiness for the LA Talent Lab.
• Coordinate project planning and live event support for various learning experiences.
• Produce virtual learning labs and support facilitators during sessions.
• Create and design engaging presentation materials and digital tools.
• Track budgets and maintain accurate data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support the START new hire orientation program and other talent development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in talent management, L&D, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the Universal City office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in event or office management.
• Experience facilitating virtual or in-person sessions.
• Graphic design skills using InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Background in media, entertainment, or tech industries.
