What you will do
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution across regions.
- Lead multi-channel marketing programs from strategy to execution.
- Strengthen sales and marketing alignment through shared reporting frameworks.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and optimize performance across channels.
- Experiment with new channels and standardize successful strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure coherent top-of-funnel efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth/demand generation marketing in B2B.
- Hands-on success in core acquisition channels like SEM or LinkedIn.
- Experience in building shared reporting frameworks with Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and funnel diagnostics.
- Proven expertise in SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Google Ads.
