Certified Trainer & Content Developer: Responsible for creating and delivering industry-leading instruction on hirify.global’s products to enable customers to utilize product features and capabilities with best practices. Focus on creating technical video series, providing course material updates, and maintaining existing written training materials.

What you will do

• Instruct hirify.global customers using hirify.global training content.
• Maintain knowledge of all training content provided to customers.
• Develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, and project examples, and independently create technical video series.
• Collaborate with internal departments for new product features and development.
• Provide mentorship for internal and external trainers.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience as a Technical trainer both face to face and live web based training.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred experience with hirify.global products, experience with Audacity, and OBS, and CID certification.
• Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
