What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution for VALORANT’s Release Engineering team.
• Facilitate Agile rituals to maintain cadence and clarity.
• Support incident triage and escalation workflows.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Managers to translate strategy into plans.
• Champion continuous improvement in team processes.
• Unblock engineering and QA teams by managing dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proven experience managing software or game teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for time-shifted work hours and travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with China-based software development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools.
• Experience with Console release certification processes.
