SAP Test Manager / Project Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across SAP programs, including SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover testing
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria, environments, and resourcing
• Coordinate cross-functional testing teams including business users, consultants, technical teams, and vendors
• Align testing milestones with project plans, manage dependencies, risks, and governance including defect management and reporting
• Partner with project managers on delivery, scope control, stakeholder communication, and cutover readiness
• Facilitate workshops for test scope and scenarios, and drive continuous improvement in testing standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as Test Manager on complex SAP implementations, ideally in consulting
• Demonstrated project or delivery management capability balancing quality, scope, time, and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, integrations, and business process testing
• Hands-on experience managing UAT with business stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior/executive levels
• Legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand required; no sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Core or Supply Chain solutions (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement)
• Familiarity with test management tools and structured delivery methodologies
• ISTQB certification, project management certification, or SAP-related training
