Assistant Sales & Account Management (Fintech): Supporting Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to the platform and assisting Account Managers with new hosts’ onboarding. Focus on special campaigns to increase customer performance and managing accounts outside focus regions.
Location: Bozen, Italy. Hybrid setup with 50% in-office time for collaboration, and spend up to 8 weeks a year from other inspiring locations.

What you will do
- Support Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to the platform, ensuring is the right solution for their needs.
- Support Account Managers with new hosts’ onboarding and post-booking related questions.
- Focus on special campaigns launched by to increase customer performance.
- Manage accounts outside of focus regions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent work attitude and great time management.
- Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality.
- Near native German and fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
- No previous experience is required, newly graduated students are welcome to apply.
