What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to drive their success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant feedback and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service quality.
- Ensure merchants receive the highest standard of service and support.
- Analyze merchant needs to contribute to the evolution of the payment platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in Milan or able to work from the office 4+ days per week.
- Proven experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-first environment.
