What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Lead a team of product marketing professionals, setting objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new advertising products and platform enhancements.
  • Oversee multi-channel demand generation programs, including email and content marketing.
  • Elevate the hirify.global Digital Markets brand through compelling storytelling.
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS, digital marketplace, or ad tech company.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness in the B2B software space.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, B2B SaaS marketing, and online marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
