What you will do

• Deliver digital transformation projects for Reinsurance Life and Health business units.
• Develop digital business opportunities and technology-enabled solutions with business stakeholders.
• Shape complex business ideas across projects and domains where technology can transform existing problems.
• Plan and manage IT projects in cooperation with IT units, clients, and stakeholders according to established standards.
• Manage agile requirements implementation and non-functional requirements covering compliance, IT security, resilience, and operations.
• Manage external providers, project communication, stakeholder relationships, budgets, cost estimates, and compliance gates.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Mathematics or Information Technology, or equivalent academic qualification.
• Several years of IT experience across project management, requirements engineering, consulting, or related roles, with in-depth knowledge of software development processes.
• Several years of project management experience in a multi-project environment.
• Several years of experience in the reinsurance industry, including underwriting or claims systems.
• Good knowledge and experience using AI technology in the software development life cycle and project management.
• Good knowledge of hirify.global IT development standards and patterns.
• Experience leading a distributed team.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex situations clearly.
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility, interest in technology topics, and willingness to travel.
• Fluent business English required.
