Lead Project & Program Manager (Legal AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with 8 office days per month. Incidental travel of about 10% in Europe is expected.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution, translating priorities into program plans, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, success metrics, and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams across Libra and LR Business Units, aligning priorities, facilitating decisions, and ensuring accountability without direct reporting relationships.
• Drive market expansion, new customer segments, sales channels, strategic partnerships, product launches, and go-to-market readiness across countries and regions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder adoption, organizational readiness, and operational scaling activities.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, financial performance, investment tracking, business case realization, and value creation.
• Prepare leadership and Steerco updates, facilitate executive workshops and governance sessions, and consolidate lessons learned into improved ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience leading strategic growth, business scaling, market expansion, post-merger integration, transformation, corporate development, consulting, business operations, or related initiatives.
• Experience in an international, fast-growing business environment and leading business-critical initiatives such as market entry, commercial transformation, strategic partnerships, or product launches.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional business programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and program management tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in German.
