Project Manager HR IT

Location: Hamburg, Germany; telecommuting possibilities and occasional travel depending on project assignment.

What you will do

• Lead HR IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and risk assessments.
• Gather and document HR business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
• Manage communication among HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Drive change management and prepare project status reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in HR IT implementations within international and hybrid project setups.
• Structured, results-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, workshop, business communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, depending on project assignment.
