Technical Project Manager (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hirify.global implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, issues, and delivery standards.
• Drive client value and manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional-services contracts using Time and Materials and Fixed Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical delivery teams to produce high-quality client deliverables.
• Manage client and leadership stakeholders and develop strategies for complex project environments.
• Work autonomously with engineers, analysts, data scientists, architects, delivery partners, and systems integrators.

Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience, strong leadership, and a record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Expertise in project methodologies such as Agile, including applying them across multiple teams and functions.
• Broad stakeholder-management experience in a consultancy, professional-services supplier, or client-side environment.
• Experience delivering large, complex, data-driven projects across the full software lifecycle.
• Understanding of technical factors affecting project outcomes, with the ability to identify technical issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of project business drivers and the ability to direct teams toward achieving them.
• Experience operating in complex multi-team environments and influencing teams toward the best overall outcome.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and technical-communication skills, including experience in rapidly changing client environments.
• Understanding of high-quality, operationally stable systems and of development, release, and operations practices.
• Self-starter with determination, initiative, and tenacity.
• Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance.
