Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage the Pricing and Analytics team and ensure strong data quality and governance across UK Underwriting and Product Team data.
• Lead internal MI dashboards and data initiatives supporting underwriting and product performance reporting for senior management and internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and review delegated authority product pricing, including commission analysis and pricing outputs.
• Review pricing models, product definitions, and analytical techniques for new products during product approval.
• Support continuous monitoring of the delegated authority business and ensure products meet pricing, data governance, monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Product Teams across London and Munich, and present performance insights to business units and agents.

Requirements

• Proven personal lines pricing experience within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of pricing and underwriting performance.
• Strong data governance and data quality management experience, with hands-on data analytics experience and relevant software training such as SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Experience developing and maintaining MI dashboards and leading data initiatives, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior management and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of R and/or Python.
• Suitable technical experience or an equivalent technical degree.
