Senior Analytics & Value Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop data-backed recommendations for global product go-to-market strategy and commercial priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer base using advanced analytics, segmentation, and behavioural insights.
• Build customer value cases that quantify the commercial impact of solutions and support sales conversations.
• Partner with Product and Sales to improve opportunity identification, prioritisation, and conversion.
• Produce senior-level reporting, performance analyses, revenue forecasts, and business cases for the Enterprise Product portfolio.
• Assess market dynamics, commercial performance, and investment opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Commercial curiosity and a passion for using data to drive business growth.
