IT Consultant - Software Development and Operations (Java/DevOps)

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and operate cloud-native services end to end.
• Develop backend solutions, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and orchestration environments.
• Automate recurring procedures through scripts and pipeline steps.
• Work with BPMN 2.0 and Camunda for business workflow automation and orchestration.
• Advise clients on practical technical solutions, explain trade-offs, and contribute to architecture, pipelines, and tooling decisions.

Requirements

• Backend development experience, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or Crossplane.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Interest in business workflow automation and orchestration with BPMN 2.0 and Camunda.
• Consulting approach: proactive solution proposals, clear communication of trade-offs, client decision support, and collaboration with teammates.
• Production mindset, including identifying risks early and helping deliver sustainable fixes.
• Ability to own features and services from code through deployment and production operations.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda’s agentic orchestration capabilities.
