DevOps Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work with 3 days per week expected in the office after the third month

What you will do

• Develop tools, scripts, integrations, and automation connecting databases, APIs, and internal or external systems.
• Build and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, testing, packaging, deployment, and configuration.
• Manage releases and deployments across Development, UAT/Test, and Production, ensuring repeatability, traceability, and documentation.
• Operate environments and infrastructure, including service accounts, secrets, upgrades, migrations, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Investigate production incidents, implement permanent fixes, apply secure DevOps practices, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, security, QA, and business teams.

Requirements

• Confident use of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated build and deployment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab pipelines, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell or Bash, plus experience with Microsoft Graph API, Selenium/browser automation, and SQL Server fundamentals.
• Understanding of application logging, monitoring, and alerting for reliability and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, certificates, service accounts, secrets management, security, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, enterprise application integration, and operational workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to complex production issues.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience writing technical and operational documentation.
• Ownership of applications from development through production and an automation-first mindset.
