Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: McLean, VA; required to work in the office Monday-Friday. Candidates outside the area must be willing to relocate to the United States.

Base salary: $120,000-$220,000 per year, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Deliver a clear and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and share recruiting metrics to identify progress and improvement areas.
• Advise hiring managers and leadership on technical talent trends and recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in engineering, product, or design.
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
