Product Recruiter (AI)

Location: United States; remote

Base salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus possible equity participation.

What you will do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine for technical talent across the R&D organization.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Product roles and teams.
• Create positive candidate experiences across every recruiting touchpoint.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify diverse and exceptional candidates.
• Improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and talent acquisition velocity.
• Schedule intake meetings, open roles in the ATS, publish descriptions, design interview processes, and configure interview plans within defined timelines.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Product recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered technology startups.
• Experience hiring hard-to-fill Product roles using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data and turn insights into actionable feedback for hiring managers.
• Ability to quickly learn new roles and requirements, with flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for working with hiring managers, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Ability to build trust and act as a strategic hiring partner.
• Persistence and a results-oriented mindset for following up with passive candidates and meeting ambitious outreach targets.
• AI fluency is a baseline expectation and applied AI fluency will be evaluated during interviews.

• An AI skills assessment and Leadership Principles interview may be included. AI tools such as interview assistants and real-time coaching tools are not permitted during interviews without prior approval.
