Technical Recruiter (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid-level Forward Deployed Engineer and engineering roles from intake through close.
• Run intake meetings, source and screen candidates, and manage candidates through the interview process.
• Partner with technical leadership and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and drive recruiting impact.
• Lead offer strategy, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Shape workforce planning, role scoping, and sourcing approaches as engineering expands into new teams.
• Help establish processes, playbooks, and operating standards for the growing technical recruiting organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring engineers.
• Recent startup experience.
• Clear interest in full-cycle recruiting rather than sourcing-only work.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Autonomy, drive, self-motivation, and the ability to build structure where little exists.
