What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to build custom integrations and solutions tailored to their workflows.
• Scope, design, debug, deploy, and iterate on high-impact prototypes and integrations.
• Lead technical conversations—translating business need into architecture, scoping use cases, and defining deployment patterns.
• Address security and compliance questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain and enrich documentation: guides, FAQs, internal tools, and best practices.
• Capture and advocate for customer feedback—feeding it directly into product planning and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in solutions engineering, presales engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience building prototypes, APIs, integrations, or LLM-based solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-first mindset: empathy, ownership, and ability to speak "business and code."

Nice to have

• Startup or early-stage experience.
• Experience in regulated industries or AI/ML domains.
• Pre-sales or consultative customer engagement background.
