What you will do

• Lead the adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock the power of hirify.global’s AI capabilities to automate and scale their support operations.
• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Lead and evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Engineers.

Requirements

• Experience building SaaS products and a track record of autonomous decision-making.
• Interest in AI/ML and ability to quickly ramp up on unfamiliar concepts.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Proficient using and writing REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
