(Associate) Product Manager (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product initiatives within an assigned domain such as banking, taxation, client data management, or wealth management.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship digital product features.
• Conduct user research, analyze metrics, and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and specifications.
• Align operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders around product requirements.
• Track post-launch performance metrics and optimize customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, data, mathematics, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Initial experience from internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, user story creation, and rapid prototyping.
• Fluent English is required as the company language.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership, attention to detail, resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Passion for digital products, technology, investing, and finance.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other complex environments.
• German language skills.

Hiring process
