Senior Analyst - Global Product (Fintech): Developing and evolving global cash management products for corporate and institutional clients with an accent on product strategy, client requirements, and technology-enabled design. Focus on delivering products end to end, managing global development pipelines, and using KPIs and market insights to drive product decisions.
Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with some days remote and some days onsite

What you will do
- Act as a front-office Product Owner for global cash management products.
- Analyze client, market, regulatory, and performance indicators to guide product strategy and evolution.
- Collaborate with clients and origination teams across geographies to aggregate needs and develop global solutions.
- Design and deliver products using technology, innovation, market trends, and platform-based business models.
- Lead end-to-end product execution, including ideation, business cases, funding, approvals, implementation oversight, and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage KPIs, prioritize the product development pipeline, and support client meetings, materials, and events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or product management role.
- Professional experience in banking, finance, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing at C1 level or higher.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with corporate and investment banking products or platform business models.
- Experience with APIs, artificial intelligence, blockchain, or digital assets.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kyriba.
- Understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and payments regulation.
