Senior Product Analyst (APIs)

Location: Solna, Stockholm County, Sweden; hybrid

What you will do

• Define product vision and translate it into a 9–12-month roadmap.
• Own, develop and optimise digital products built on a microservices architecture.
• Manage and groom the backlog, maintaining clear priorities and focus.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of back-end APIs.
• Improve observability through alarms and monitoring while ensuring high uptime.
• Lead requirements during company-wide initiatives, document requirements, support handover to build and follow delivery through to quality and business alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience defining product vision and roadmaps, managing backlogs and prioritising work.
• Good understanding of APIs and back-end systems, plus knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in agile environments and analysing and documenting requirements.
• Leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives across teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership, structure and accountability.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish.

Nice to have

• Technical background or hands-on API design experience.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Agile or product-related certifications such as SAFe, CSPO or PSPO.
• Experience in telecommunications or large, complex enterprise environments.
