Company

hirify.global is a fast-scaling health-tech company building clinician-focused healthcare software with medical notes and workflows designed to support patient care.

What you will do

  • Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to keep product development moving, remove friction, and turn ideas into shipped products.
  • Drive initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders, supporting prioritization, planning, coordination, and product workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and product problems, then improve processes and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Run user interviews and synthesize user feedback, product insights, and operational learnings.
  • Write product requirements, documentation, and internal product communications; contribute to discovery, testing, and QA.
  • Take ownership of smaller initiatives and low-complexity features over time with support from a Product Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong drive, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
  • Clear interest in software products and technology, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of user interview fundamentals, including avoiding leading questions, or the ability to become proficient quickly.
  • Ability to create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Comfort working with technical teams and learning new tools quickly; coding ability is not required.
  • Pragmatic, low-ego mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Semi-technical understanding of how software is built and experience building with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in startups or other fast-moving environments.
  • Strong design or product instincts.
  • Experience in healthcare.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast-moving, high-performing, diverse environment built around ownership, action, ambition, learning, and iteration.
  • 30 days of paid vacation per year, pension program, private medical insurance, and mental health support through Mindler.
  • 5,000 SEK wellness allowance plus an additional 6,000 SEK per year for other health-related initiatives.
  • Parental leave top-up, company stock options, and social and team-building activities.
  • Regular team meetings, social events, and offsites in Sweden; the role is primarily office-based.
  • Background check required before hiring.

Hiring process

  • Apply continuously with a CV in English.
  • Four stages: Talent Acquisition screening, Product and Engineering interview, Team Lead follow-up, and an in-office Stockholm lunch and live case.
