Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Göteborg, Sweden; offices are also available in central Stockholm.

What you will do

• Identify valuable customer and business problems through data, customer conversations and team insights.
• Own a product area end to end, from opportunity discovery through evaluating shipped outcomes.
• Define the problem, success metric and risk before development begins.
• Speak with customers weekly, including new and growing businesses, accounting agencies and churned users.
• Determine what must be true before building and design fast ways to validate assumptions.
• Use AI for prototyping, evaluation and analysis, and make small product changes independently when appropriate.

Requirements

• Senior product management experience with ownership of a product area from opportunity discovery to measuring impact.
• Domain knowledge in at least one of accounting, payroll, banking or invoicing.
• Ability to use data and customer conversations to identify problems and propose clear solutions.
• Ability to define product metrics, risks and validation criteria.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and act on evidence when a direction is not working.
• Comfort using AI for prototyping, evaluation and analysis, with willingness to make small product changes.
