Senior Product Manager | Merchant Experience & Integration Services

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; flexible hybrid setup with office and remote work.

What you will do

• Lead the transition from custom, client-specific integrations to standardized APIs and integration services.
• Conduct product discovery through merchant interviews, industry benchmarking, and feedback-driven portal development.
• Build transparent self-onboarding flows that show merchants their integration status in the portal.
• Segment the merchant offering from lightweight plug-and-play setups for small businesses to data insights and automation for enterprise accounts.
• Co-lead two engineering teams with a shared Engineering Manager and align product decisions with engineering and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading software products end-to-end, including user research, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery.
• Comfort understanding technical integration layers, APIs, data flows, and their impact on business outcomes.
• Ability to identify patterns in one-off client requests and turn them into well-architected platform features.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, stakeholder trust-building, and clear explanation of strategic trade-offs.
• Structured problem-solving, curiosity, collaboration skills, and the ability to balance quick solutions with scalable systems.
