Staff and Senior Quality Assurance Engineers (AI Agent Security Platform)

A global security leader developing an AI agent security platform built on expertise in identity, payments, data security, public key infrastructure, digital identity, and cryptographic security.

What you will do

• Own cross-team quality strategy, automation architecture, and risk-based coverage for distributed SaaS services, APIs, and SDKs.
• Design reusable automation frameworks, test libraries, service simulators, deterministic test data, and production-representative test environments.
• Embed unit, integration, contract, API, end-to-end, and regression testing into CI/CD with meaningful quality gates.
• Lead load, stress, spike, soak, capacity, resilience, and fault-tolerance testing for demanding production conditions.
• Validate identity, delegated authorization, tenant isolation, evidence integrity, upgrades, migrations, backward compatibility, and rollback with Security and engineering teams.
• Investigate complex defects using logs, traces, and metrics; report quality and release readiness; mentor engineers and lead test-design reviews.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of software quality engineering or development experience, including hands-on automation and cross-team technical leadership.
• Advanced programming skills in at least one modern language, with experience building scalable automation frameworks rather than record-and-playback tests.
• Deep experience testing cloud-native SaaS at scale, including distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and multi-tenancy.
• Proven expertise in performance, scalability, and resilience testing, including workload design and production telemetry analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containers, test-environment orchestration, test-data management, and service virtualization.
• Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives, communicate risk clearly, and influence release decisions without positional authority.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity, PKI, cryptography, OAuth 2.x, mTLS, workload identity, or HSM-backed services.
• Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and chaos or fault-injection testing for high-availability SaaS.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, MCP, non-deterministic workflows, or verification evidence for regulated products.
