Product Manager, Patient Access & Fulfilment (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; candidates must be physically based in GMT or EST timezones, with the position specified as EST only.

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the product experience that turns diagnostic orders into collected samples delivered to the correct laboratory.
• Improve scheduling, reminders, collection availability, and patient funnels so more orders result in correctly collected samples.
• Manage the physical fulfilment path, including kits, supplies, transport, routing, and sample stability requirements with Lab Operations.
• Expand collection coverage through mobile phlebotomy, at-home kits, collection sites, and other partners.
• Use customer pain, production issues, vendor behavior, and support escalations to shape the roadmap and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Partner with Product Ops, Engineering, GTM, Success, Support, and Operations on launches and help build the product function.

Requirements

• Consumer product experience, preferably involving at-home testing, pharmacy, delivery, or another physical-world component.
• Experience designing patient or user experiences that improve completion rates and understanding where funnels lose people.
• Startup product management experience owning an area end-to-end at an early-stage company, such as Series A–C or equivalent; founding or early PM experience is preferred.
• Deep understanding of healthcare incentives, economics, and relationships between providers, payers, and patients.
• Experience building complex B2B2C products with third-party dependencies and regulated constraints.
• Technical fluency sufficient to write SQL, read API documentation, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Strong customer focus, judgment, written communication, and ability to work with engineers, customers, and vendors.
• This is a hands-on senior builder role, not a people-management position; the role requires working on specifications, trade-offs, customer calls, and launches.

Nice to have

• Experience with physical healthcare products, at-home testing, pharmacy, delivery, mobile phlebotomy, or related fulfilment networks.
• Founding or early product manager experience at an early-stage company.
