Sr. Product Manager, L&I (Healthcare Integrations)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Legal & Insurance integrations.
• Develop a reusable connector framework and connectivity layer, including MCP and AI-agent access to data and workflows.
• Define how requests, medical records, and analysis insights move between hirify.global and customer systems of record.
• Deliver summaries, chronologies, and other insights into existing customer workflows to reduce manual handoffs.
• Build developer and integrator tooling, including documentation, sandboxes, testing tools, and self-service onboarding.
• Partner with engineering, solutions, UX, CX, analytics, commercial, and operations teams to improve integration reliability, delivery success, integration time, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading complex, enterprise-grade, data-centric B2B SaaS products, ideally platform, API, or integration products.
• Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch.
• Experience with integrations, connectors, or data exchange products; healthcare data or legal and insurance medical-record workflows are advantageous.
• Technical depth to evaluate architecture and design tradeoffs with engineers, including APIs, webhooks, data models, authentication, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience scoping and delivering integrations with enterprise customers and their systems of record.
• Ability to design products in highly regulated, high-stakes environments while balancing compliance and user experience.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity, clarify complex problems, and drive execution with engineering, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
• This role is remote within the United States.
