Senior Project & Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Colorado, United States; other location: Denver, Colorado. Travel of up to 10–25% to client sites or company locations may be required.

Salary: $92,880–$154,800 USD gross annual base pay; excludes bonuses, benefits-related payments, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning and initiation through execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop project charters, scope documents, resource plans, schedules, budgets, work plans, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and dependencies across engineering, operations, integration, logistics, supply chain, inventory, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, risks, constraints, performance, and change requests using project management tools.
• Facilitate status meetings, presentations, executive briefings, negotiations, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive post-project reviews, knowledge management, standardized documentation, process development, automation, and AI-assisted program enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, infrastructure deployment, operations, or a related field within IT, Network Infrastructure, or Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini, plus hands-on experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks or tools for workflow automation, multi-step task orchestration, and system integration.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets, including projects of $1M or more.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance standards, including ISO27001 and SOC2.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or another relevant certification is strongly preferred.
