Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - USA; ability to travel as needed, up to 50%

Salary: USD 140,000–150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver software implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and progress tracking.
• Act as the primary client contact, manage expectations, provide status updates, and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, Product, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with requirements.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, documentation, reporting, and contingency plans across projects.
• Support continuous improvement and delivery of client training materials for successful software adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, software implementation, or consulting within a SaaS or cloud-based solution environment.
• Experience managing Agile software implementation projects using Scrum, with familiarity with Agile development processes and implementation methodologies such as DevOps and CI/CD.
• Understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing multiple projects, including budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
