Senior Program Manager, Client Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Schaumburg, United States; candidates must reside in or near a designated collaboration hub.

Salary: $92,562–$160,440 base pay range, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex client implementations across the product suite from launch through completion.
• Create and maintain project plans, deliverables, ownership structures, communication plans, and risk documentation.
• Direct project teams by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and managing escalations.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to partners.
• Partner with clients to deliver strong experiences and identify innovation and process-improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Technical Project Management, Product, and other teams to improve operational efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required.
• 10+ years of client-facing program management or project management experience.
• Residence in or near the designated collaboration hub for the role.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Enterprise ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, integrations, APIs, transactional systems, and architecture.
• Experience in financial services and the credit industry.
• Experience with software implementations.
