Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary for US-based candidates: $119,600–$215,400/year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives.
• Define technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and schedules.
• Lead the product development process, software development lifecycle, and release process for AI products and solutions.
• Manage complex programs from concept through market delivery.
• Establish metrics, track progress, communicate updates and changes to leaders, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering, or AI/ML, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of AI/ML systems and domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML inference workloads, including GPU infrastructure experience.
• Professional Project Manager or Program Manager experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Significant experience with Agile processes and methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, adapt priorities, and lead high-visibility, time-sensitive, large-scale complex programs.
• Ability to inspire people at all organizational levels without direct authority.
• Experience with change management and transformation processes.
