Sr. Program Manager, Superintelligence Lab (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year for U.S. candidates, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Evaluate and prioritize Superintelligence Lab projects against long-term organizational strategy.
• Define and enforce portfolio governance standards, including phase-gate reviews and risk checks.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of program deliverables with integrated change management.
• Anticipate blockers, advise cross-functional teams, escalate critical issues, and improve collaboration across silos.
• Communicate portfolio health and program status to working teams and senior leaders.
• Build executive dashboards and metrics for real-time visibility into progress and risk.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a technical or product environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, including board creation, query writing, and ticket management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in consensus-driven environments across global teams.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity domain experience.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, and data science teams on complex technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile, or other project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with large business transformations.
• Jira administration experience.
