Business Analyst (Agile Delivery)

What you will do

• Define as-is and to-be operational and technical processes.
• Map complex operational and technical processes, including data flows.
• Design and document new processes.
• Manage product changes and assess their impact on the core product.
• Write and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and backlog items for the delivery team.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, including proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery.
• Strong process mapping skills covering technical processes and data flows.
• Experience in change management and impact assessment.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in Jira.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• UK public sector experience.
• A recognised business analysis qualification, such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
