Senior Business Analyst

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the London office and the remainder potentially worked from home.

What you will do

• Deliver customer-facing, enterprise-wide initiatives across product integration, platform consolidation, data streams, and the evolution of the ingage IR platform.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements while aligning stakeholder needs, product objectives, and technology delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, Customer Experience Designers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and UI/UX experts to shape customer-oriented solutions.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify improvements, prepare high-level requirements, and create clear user stories for refinement.
• Run interactive stakeholder workshops, facilitate communication, and capture information for stakeholder review and approval.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and delivery of measurable business value.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst with strong business analysis, solution development, and product design capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights and act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with software development methodologies, life cycles, and senior-level processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning, development, and improvement.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Agile delivery, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience in IT or the finance industry.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications such as IIBA certification.
