Business Analyst/Project Manager (Azure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Lancashire, United Kingdom

Salary: £50,000–£54,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Understand business objectives and support strategic planning to prioritise technology needs.
• Evaluate and optimise existing processes across multiple departments.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead technology project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams through implementation.
• Manage project budgets, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Support business-critical IT solutions and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management and process improvement skills.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience managing technology projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of Azure and awareness of emerging technologies and industry changes.
